At East Mercato, we strive to provide a seamless and curated shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your orders, including processing times, shipping costs, and international delivery details.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets our quality standards.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

3. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

East Mercato ships worldwide. Please be aware of the following for international orders:

  • Import Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Responsibility: East Mercato is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Currency: All prices are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window provided in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@viralfindglobal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers is unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to request an alternative shipping address.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

East Mercato is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy with your experience:

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
